How can you know if an herbal tea blend is working?

When you decide to take the path of holistic remedies you need to be aware of your body and your sensations. It is something that may not happen right away so you should start by practicing bringing those feelings to your conscious mind and paying attention to your emotions patiently!

"Mindfoodness" is being aware of each food, each drink, each supplement that you introduce into your body. We suggest you start journaling the effects, keep a record of your sensations, feelings, and emotions. You may do this on your phone by downloading an app or with a pen and paper. Write down every change you notice while you are using an herbal tea blend.

You can also describe your reaction to different situations. For example, if you have little or no energy in the morning and drink your "energy body" herbal tea blend, then you leave your house and feel you are more productive during the day or less tired this blend is working for you. Keeping track of your results can help you because you may compare any changes over time.

Depending on your lifestyle, you can notice these changes immediately or a few days later. As you practice awareness, it will become easier for you to notice if these changes have been positive. It is IMPORTANT to be patient since herbs must be taken frequently and each body's response is different. Be mindful that you should maintain good eating habits to get where you want to be with your health.

You may think you show slow progress using herbal teas. However, that does not mean herbs are weak! Herbal tea is like any natural remedy, we must let it react within our body. Realize that herbal tea follows the same process as the food you eat. It enters through your mouth, then it goes into the digestive system, and from there it continues its path throughout the body.

Sometimes a blend may not have the effect you are looking for and this is absolutely normal! that's why there is a great variety of herbs with different benefits that you can try. Be as specific as possible when you are writing down your symptoms. This may help to choose the right blend for your condition. Always listen to your body!
