Hot Infusion:

Take 1 tablespoon in an infuser or tea press.

Add 8 oz of hot water and steep for 5 minutes or more.

It does not need sweeteners, but you can add natural sweeteners if you want (read the blog for suggestions).

Cold Infusion:

Combine 16 oz of cold water and 2 tablespoons tea in a lidded jar. 

Place in the refrigerator or a cool place for at least 2 hours.
